2 RSA SALES ENGINEERS (Dubai and Bahrain offices)
Job Description: The Sales Engineer will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. Must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications: Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software sales and knowledge of technology. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding partner base.

Bachelor`s degree

Minimum 3 years experience as a Systems Engineer working with the Territory Sales Representative to provide technical support to customers

Working knowledge of products in the network/internet security industry

Understanding of network design, network management, packet level trouble shooting, protocol knowledge including but not limited to: HTTP/S, FTP, RTSP, MMS, DNS, SOCKS, AOL-IM, MSN-IM, YAHOO-IM, LDAP, RADIUS, and NTLM

Operating Systems Knowledge should include the Unix & Windows operating systems

Network skills include routing technologies, Layer-4 technologies, WCCP & Highly available/Fault tolerant design

CHANNEL MANAGER / PRODUCT MANAGER
Job Description: The purpose of this position is to generate qualified leads, recruit new partners, interface with our strategic vendors and ensure complete and accurate information is maintained in our CRM database. The candidate will manage and grow the existing reseller base, qualify and track leads, identify key contacts and make sales of strategic vendor products as well as interface with vendor personnel to coordinate sales activity. Expected to take initiative in getting necessary training on vendor products and set own priorities and schedules to meet goals and commitments consistently. Must be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base, willing and able to grow in their knowledge of our business
Qualifications: Ideal candidate must have the drive, enthusiasm, tenacity and confidence to communicate at all levels with all nationalities and a lively, keen interest in technology.

Prior experience with channel partners in the Middle East and/or Asia (added advantage)
